Apex QuantumAlpha™ uses quantitative models, including machine learning, to select securities and construct portfolios. These models are built on historical data and may not perform as expected in future market conditions. They may contain errors in data, design or implementation, and relationships identified in past data may weaken or disappear. No model or formula can, by itself, reliably determine which securities to buy or sell or when to buy or sell them. Risk controls seek to manage, but cannot eliminate, losses.

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Apex QuantumAlpha is a long-only U.S. equity strategy and will generally decline in value when stock markets decline. It may underperform the S&P 500 or other benchmarks, including for extended periods. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
